This program is the foundational basis that includes 10 core sessions. It takes you through the basics in releasing the emotional stress that is retained by our body and mind through experiences from pre-birth, in utero, birth, childhood and beyond. Many of our presenting issues are a result of issues that happened during birth and childhood. In an RET session, you will sit in a chair and blink your eyes rapidly. This turns on the emotional center of your brain and sends multiple messages for your body to release the stress and trauma. Your brain will pick up these movements and send messages between your right and left brain. While you are blinking, your RET Technician will say words aloud in rapid succession. When we say a word that pertains to anything that your brain and mind/body system is holding on to, you will be triggered. People show evidence of triggers in many ways, such as crying, laughing, yawning, and physical sensations in the eyes or other parts of the body.
When you are triggered, we will go through a quick process to eliminate the neural net attached to that emotion that caused the trigger. RET assists your system in releasing ‘onion wedges’ of experience, perception, and trauma to reveal your core true self. Once you begin to see and remember who you really are, you will begin to make choices for your life based on this truth, not the experiences and perceptions that have covered YOU up for so long.
Every person has a unique experience and healing journey. A plan will be developed based on your needs and goals, and my priority is to work at a pace that will support your long-term healing. The protocol/structure that is followed helps to ensure that you receive the most thorough RET sessions. Individual goals and needs will be addressed within the structure of each session. Each session ranges between 60 –120 minutes.
This session is conducted via Phone/Zoom. We will discuss your health history, your family structure, and your goals. You will learn the RET 4-Step Self-Care Protocol to use for self-care in between sessions; this includes eye patching, Energy Realignment (‘tapping’) sequence, Emergency Process, and Immediate Release Technique (IRT). I will also include being taken through the IRT process using the EFD (eye frequency device). There is usually not any blinking on this session.
Light Birth, Part 1 & 2. Many of our life’s patterns began during the birth process. During this time, we may have developed beliefs in struggle, pain, or not good enough, to name a few. This script was written to remind us of our true identity.
Timeline—Inner Child Work. These sessions work in the parts of our subconscious that continue to hold trauma from our childhood and birth-18 years.
Defense sets. Identifying and addressing what your system does when you are afraid. Looking at old patterns that are no longer effective and helping your system develop new patterns that may bring better results.
Once the foundation has been laid for your journey and we’ve addressed many fundamental issues and beliefs held in the DNA through the first 6 sessions, we will begin to address very specific and individual needs.

This program will assist you to move forward out of what is holding you back from happiness, connection, and your dreams. This program is not done in a particular order, but all 15 sessions will be covered which includes Session 1 via Phone/Zoom. Many things in life create trauma, depression, and grief. From physical brain issues, family generational patterns, loss of a loved one, unknown causes., and much more. One of the main causes of depression and grief is trauma. Trauma leads to depression and grief. Trauma may be the cause, but depression and grief are the result.
Depression is anger turned inward. Depression is cumulative, and if left untreated can turn into a vicious cycle. Anger can happen because an individual does not know how to process the trauma that has happened to them. They can have anger that no one saved them or a loved one, or anger that God/Source/Universe did not save them. This kind of anger leads to a feeling of helplessness and then hopelessness. Helpless and hopeless feelings spiral downward into depression.
When trauma happens and we cannot figure it out—one “sees” no way out. Being able to “see” a way out of trauma and the accompanying depression and grief is vital to healing these conditions. Often in the case of trauma, depression, and grief, talking or retelling the story is helpful a few times, but after that, can help keep people stuck in what happened to them. Action must be taken, energy must be moved, and reframing or “understanding” helps one “see” the way and experience true healing.
